WWF-HK is looking for an Operations Officer in our Operations team, reporting to Centre Manager, who will be providing front of house and back of house services at both the WWF Hoi Ha Marine Life Centre and outdoor events across Hong Kong, with a focus on promoting marine conservation and education. The responsibilities involve organizing and facilitating eco-tours, enhancing visitor experience, managing the operations of the Panda Shop, and ensuring the maintenance of the building and surrounding areas to meet established standards.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Operations Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 year of work experience in retail, administration, customer service, or event operations.
Experience in using a POS system and facility management is preferred.
Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented person with a pleasant and outgoing personality.
A team player with good organizing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Chinese and English.
Perform outdoor duties and willing to work in adverse weather conditions.
On shift working arrangement to support duty on weekends and public holidays.
