Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that helps communities recover after disasters and gets children back in school. The position is full-time and is responsible for managing the operations team to deliver efficient and effective logistical support to the project teams.

Roles reporting to position: Finance Coordinator, Volunteer Relations Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator

Essential Functions
Position Requirements
Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Related Experience 1+ years experience working for All Hands and Hearts or another international response context. 1+ years managing a team. 1+ years experience project management, including budget tracking preferred.
Special Competencies/Certifications Valid driving license required. Must be able to secure and maintain appropriate visas. Good written and oral communication skills (in English) and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.
