About the Role
- Supporting the process of job requisition, search, selection, and hiring of new hires;
- Assisting the process of on boarding and off boarding all team members;
- Working together with Operation Team to create and to maintain an employee leave database;
- Supporting Operation Team to maximize the use of time-sheet for both administration use and performance review use;
- Helping to build a more efficient travel reporting system and to implement it on a regular basis;
- Streamlining and processing the correspondence with external parties in forms of but not limited through lettering and agreement;
- Supporting the organizing of regular board members meeting;
- Working side by side Operation Team to build a safe and comfortable space for every team member in the office, both virtually and in person; and
- Administering the use of technology for all staffs which includes but not limited to Zoom account.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English;
- Highly organized and detail-oriented;
- Passionate in administrative and technical works;
- Basic budgeting and financial knowledge;
- Time management and multitasking skills;
- Able to work on own initiative, proactively and independently and under minimal supervision;
- Good Communication skills;
- Proficient in Excel/Word;
- IT-savvy;
- Familiar with Salesforce and general IT tools (desirable);
- Bachelor degree in any majors;
- Around 3-4 years of organizational or voluntary experience in a operational matters; and
