What WE make:
Our lead product, an onsite, containerized Green Ammonia production system that is modular and scalable, will revolutionize clean energy through a patent-pending, first-of-its-kind technology invented in Canada. The system takes air, water and a sustainable electricity source to produce green anhydrous ammonia with no carbon emissions. Adoption will dramatically support global targets to reduce CO2 emissions. And our decentralized, in situ approach will bring supply chain independence to our first customers – farmers – for the first time.

What YOU will do:
In this position you will work to support our manufacturing and engineering team as well as provide office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. As a key player, you embody the importance of meticulous planning, organization, and effective communication. You will be hands-on in the shop supporting the team with machinery, inventory and equipment and keeping the shop organized. Your responsibilities will include a wide range of operational tasks such as coordinate shipping of new assets by working with employees, vendors, and customs brokers; shipping and receiving of deliveries/office mail; maintain and document SOP for assets; support with Health and Safety initiatives and participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee; assist with system testing; keep and maintain inventory of all assets; ad-hoc requests. Since we are a growing company, at times you will be assisting with various maintenance and physical duties. You are comfortable using your hands and tools. Additional responsibilities as directed by the Management team.

You are a high school graduate or have the GED equivalency at minimum. You have previous experience in a manufacturing setting, and you are comfortable helping on the shop floor or around the office. You consider yourself handy and would be willing to get your forklift license. You know how to work under tight deadlines with minimum supervision and have excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. You are efficient in MS Office and ideally have experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and are familiar with transportation of dangerous goods (TDG). You want to grow your career and aspire to grow with a company. You possess the ability to communicate clearly, whether it is with your colleagues, suppliers, clients or other stakeholders – talking to people and getting your message across in a positive and collaborative way is a strength of yours. Above all, you are a true team player at heart, willing to lend a hand whenever needed. While this position is focused at our Waterloo facility, occasional travel locally may arise. You possess a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
