Our office in Washington continues to grow and we are looking for an experienced Operations Assistant who can develop our organizational processes including financial and organizational management
The Candidate
You will be adaptable, self-motivated, and willing to take on new tasks at short notice. Strong communication and organization skills are essential, including the ability to work virtually with team members based at Itad’s parent office in the UK. Your experience is likely to have been gained within a growing organization so you understand the need to quickly shape operational processes but understand and identify how they can scale and grow with the business
You will have a proven track record in a role that supports, develops and embeds internal organizational processes ranging from tracking business development portfolios, forecasting, assisting with management of organizational budgets, to assisting with the hiring and onboarding of personnel
The role
The primary focus of this role will be Operations (around 80%). However, as a small, dynamic team, there will be a need to support Project delivery when required
Operations
Assist with the development of annual fiscal year forecasting budget based on the business development pipeline;
Project Support
Support on the development of research reports and deliverables.
Successful candidates will already have the right to live and work in the US
The salary for this role is between USD$60 – 70K depending on your experience. We also offer 20 days paid holiday, 10 days paid sick leave and a company matched pension contribution of 5%. We also offer an ICHRA to a fixed amount of up to $600 per month for certain qualifying health care expenses including premiums.
