Operations Analyst, Advisory

ELEVATE is looking for a smart, detail-oriented person who loves data, and who loves to put data in good shape and make it useful.  This is a great opportunity for an Excel or Power BI lover, report designer and data structurer.  This is a chance to build powerful and efficient processes that will have a direct impact on the front office consultants, enabling them to give more of their time to the world’s pressing sustainability issues.

Responsibilities

Business ownership of internal project management system (60%)

• Maintain onboarding process, keep onboarding projects and process up to date

• Implement and monitor consistent data structure and system use across global teams, compliance with standard operating procedures

• Create end-user documentation and perform trainings to improve and deepen knowledge and use of the system

• Report design, production and maintenance (40%)

• Produce out-of-the box reports using existing systems

• Design and implement custom reports based on system exports and advanced Excel tools

Qualifications

• Direct experience in a reporting role: design, production and maintenance of operational reports
• Advanced Excel skills: advanced formulas, DAX, macros, Power Query
• Knowledge of database management, Power BI
• Business analysis, specifically process mapping and/or IT support experience
• Proven ability to communicate process steps in a user-friendly manner
• Familiarity with business management topics
• Proven ability to learn fast
