In this role you will be responsible for:
- Lead a team of operationally supporting experts: Training and Development Expert, Master Scheduler, Data Analyst, BI Developer, Process Leader, RMA Specialist and other functional supporting team members that are assigned to this internal division
- Support Spare Parts Order Management operations, ensure the policies and process requirements are created, maintained and met
- Deliverables are provided to our regional teams on time and to INNIO standards ensuring that safety standards compliance and culture are not compromised
- Demonstrate clear leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the team, utilize experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives which affect short-term and long-term business goals
- Measure and transparently communicate efficiency, track and execute all project streams related to the OM Team
- Full responsibility for audits and compliance related to our processes
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Economics, Logistics or International Trade
- Min. of 4-5 years relevant work experience in Customer Service/ logistics/ international trading
- Advanced command of English (both written and spoken), any other additional language (e.g. German) is a plus
- Demonstrated strong Customer and Service mindset with a pro-active behaviour
- Proven advanced knowledge of Parts Order Management processes and policies
- Integrated Management Systems / ERP knowledge (pref. ORACLE)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications like Outlook, Excel
- Previous experience in project management & leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and motivational skills with a strong customer focus
- Capable of designing, selling and implementing solutions, process improvements
- Excellent communication skills, also in technical context and sometime complex situations
