The Company
Tiko (previously known as Triggerise) believes in a world where all youth have the power to choose where, when, and how they meet their sexual reproductive health needs. Our digital platform delivers scalable and verifiable sexual reproductive health services for young people in 5 main markets in Sub Saharan Africa - Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, South Africa and Burkina Faso. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use sexual and reproductive health services. We also support our users in becoming micro-entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.
Tiko is currently operational in six markets across sub-Saharan Africa (Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Burkina Faso, South Africa and Zambia) and is set to expand to Nigeria in 2024. Tiko is looking for a consultant to support Tiko’s operational expansion into Nigeria.

Scope of work
The consultant will be expected to support Tiko in setting up our operations in Abuja, Nigeria. The consultant will be responsible for:
Deliverables
About you
You are a proactive and hands-on leader with demonstrated expertise in setting up operations and a thorough understanding of Nigeria's operational landscape. You have an eye for operational excellence and the networking capabilities to help Tiko grow. You have a strong background in HIV and SRH public sector practices in Nigeria.
Requirements
You bring a minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, with a focus on program and project management in the health sector, particularly in Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH and HIV interventions) targeting adolescents and young people.
You can hit the ground running and have the ability to motivate teams to ensure achievement of deliverables.
You’re available immediately.
You are fluent in English.
