Fòs Feminista is as an intersectional feminist organization centered around the sexual and reproductive rights and needs of women, girls, and gender-diverse people. As such, we are at the forefront of advocating for sexual and reproductive health and rights from an intersectional lens in national, regional, and global spaces, coordinating with our partners to ensure that diverse experiences, priorities, and voices of the Global South are represented in these spaces.

Overview:
Fòs Feminista Is seeking a consultant to develop its version of the OpenEMR electronic health record system.

Scope of Work:
• OpenEMR Development –includes but is not limited to development of additional functionality for visit layout-based forms (LBF).
• Cloud Server maintenance and support local partner’s servers
• OpenEMR Support – includes troubleshooting any issues with the system/software
• OpenEMR Database Setup - Database configuration, replication, and updates
• Data migration
• Monitor open-source community for OpenEMR and operating environment security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:
• 10+ years' experience developing OpenEMR Including PHP, MySql, and Linux
• Certified OpenEMR Contributor
• A history of substantial contributions to the OpenEMR community through commits In Github
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to sexual and reproductive healthcare
• Extensive experience with security including encryption and SSL
• Experience developing for a multi-national Implementation with requirements varying by country
• Experience implementing In a cloud environment
• Ability to provide technical support 24/7 and respond promptly (within a few hours} to emails and Skype chats
