Position Overview: As a Client Onboarding Specialist at Flashfood, you will play a critical role in the successful activation of new grocery retail partners. You will guide partners through the onboarding process, ensuring that they have a seamless experience implementing Flashfood’s solutions. You will work closely with new customers to understand their needs, provide training, and set them up for long-term success with the Flashfood platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles, preferably within the grocery retail or SaaS sector.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Proficiency in CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira).
Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for sustainability and reducing food waste.
Fluent in French
