Enjoyed you summer, but forgot to plan ahead? So did we! While half the team was out enjoying their vacation, we didn’t realize how much we need someone to run our office. And now being back at full force with 75 Meataballers, we are starting to feel a little overwhelmed…

In short, we are looking for someone who is born to keep things organized and smooth, managing our buzzing office and all that comes with it. Taking care of your colleagues and getting things done is your second nature. You are the person that people easily find and you happily help them even if you don’t know the answer yet.

Your job as an office manager is super diverse, not one day will be the same. There is plenty of work to be done, ranging from day to day tasks that require structure as well as bigger projects in which you can eat your heart out when it comes to creativity and realizing your own ideas.

• Depending on the experience you bring, we will decide on a fitting salary

Your part of the deal

• You work 24-40 hours (to be decided on)
• You (mainly) work from our office in Delft
• You are MBO or HBO educated or are in the final phase of your studies
• Organizing, facilities, taking care of others, getting things done and creating a welcoming atmosphere - are not a joke to you. It’s what energizes you and makes your workday done and fun
