The Company
We are a fast-growing non-profit social enterprise with offices in the Netherlands, Portugal, South Africa, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users - primarily young women and adolescent girls - to make positive choices. We work together with local communities and use nudges like reminders, discounts, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. We are a mostly remote company, but for this role, we are looking for applicants based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
The Job
Triggerise has offices in 6 countries and remote employees in another 6. We are looking for someone that can bring all the things that make up admin together in a great experience for our employees. You organise this together with your team of local administrators and our Travel and Procurement Officer. When you manage your team, we want you to be the custodian of how we work and of the quality of support we deliver. You also coordinate anything that needs to happen on a global level.

You are a logical thinker and you can think ahead about consequences of actions. You are personable, a good communicator and you create relationships easily, but you are also not afraid to push back if needed.
Requirements
You are based in South Africa (Cape Town or Johannesburg)
You have at least 3 years experience in a similar, global, position (must)
You have experience in procurement (good to have)
You are a good communicator and always willing to help
You are organized and have an eye for detail
You excel under pressure
The Rewards
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In South Africa, the monthly salary bracket for this position is R43.403 - R65.105 gross, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
