About the role
Ethos Urban is seeking a National People & Culture Advisor to join our team of urban development professionals. This role will suit a dynamic and passionate individual looking to build a great foundation for their professional career and work within a highly regarded urban development firm.
To be our ideal candidate for this role, you will have experience within a professional services environment specifically linked to generalist HR/People & Culture, training, stakeholder engagement with exposure to P&C project management a plus. Reporting to the National P&C Manager, you will have an outcomes-oriented attitude, excellent client liaison skills and a passion for working in a high performing organisation.
