Responsibilities:
- Map and identify needs for recruitment of SOS Mothers and conduct selection and recruitment based on those needs, in accordance with the HR Manual.
- Coordinate and conduct an orientation process for SOS Aunties and SOS Mothers to gain an understanding of SOS Children's Village Indonesia, the work and role of SOS Mothers in accordance with SOS Children's Village Indonesia standards, and introduce the general working conditions of SOS Mothers.
- Direct SOS Mothers in terms of child and family development, self-development, and organization, and can perform their role as SOS Mothers according to guideline standards_._
- Planning, monitoring and evaluating Family Development Discussions (DPK) with mom and coach/Village Director/Project Director to help direct mom's personal and family development.
- Advise the Children's Admission Council specifically on the mother's capacity to care.
- Provide counseling services and other psychological needs for mothers in need.
- Coordinate learning & development activities, both monthly and annually.
- Provide assistance and coordinate matters related to HR administration (documents, status, leave, etc.), in collaboration with the Supervisor/Village Director/Project Director and HROD Department so that it can be documented and accessible.
- Work with educators to fulfill the physical and psychological development of children, so that SOS mothers can fulfill their role.
- Work with the government and other external networks to provide assistance for children in need, including children in conflict with the law, victims of violence, victims of trafficking, etc. and provide input on family care to relevant institutions.
- Protect children, youth and adults in accordance with duties and responsibilities.
Performance Indicators:
- The number of Mothers and Aunts is in accordance with the standard, with a proportion of 1:3 (HR Manual).
- Implement Mother's development, in accordance with the 100% Family Development Discussion.
- Provision of individualized mother development reports every 3 months, in collaboration with the coach/Village Director.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or master degree of Psychology in counselling and clinical / psychologist
- Minimum has 2 years of working experience in related field
- Minimum age 28 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Full-Time - Long term commitment
- Best interest to child, leadership coordinator, problem Solving
- Has an extensive network of children's education, care and mentoring

- Willing to traveling
- Work placement in Sumatera (Medan/Banda Aceh/Meulaboh)
