Job Summary
The Membership Coordinator is an integral part of the Textile Exchange's Global Membership team. As a global non-profit, the ability to deliver to our Climate + Strategy requires positive engagement, progressive behavior, and the collective action of our membership and stakeholders. This position has a vital role in supporting our members to ensure Textile Exchange's Member & Corporate Engagement strategy.
We are looking to fill this position in Europe, the Middle East, or Asia. This position is a full-time role, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Membership with a planned start date in March 2023. The person will provide a unified, beneficial, value-added member experience for Textile Exchange members. They will support efficient and streamlined communications, help build and maintain reporting systems, and coordinate administrative tasks.

Like all roles at Textile Exchange, this role will be primarily home-based; Textile Exchange is a US-based but remote-working organization with a global team. Your key colleague will be mainly based in the United States.
Duties and Responsibilities
75%
Support in membership operations while working to streamline processes and systems.
Overseeing the membership inbox - the first line of defense to serve the membership community.
Supporting the improvement of the monthly onboarding process for members. Secondary contact for regional members.
Keeping the internal membership handbook process up to date.
Support the EME & APAC Team and Membership Director in regional implementation of membership benefits.
Proactive management of Salesforce by updating member and prospect profiles. Annual process tied to membership renewal including updating contacts in Salesforce.
Support in ideation, creating, and updating a monitoring framework for tracking membership progress to Climate + Goals.
Identifying and supporting the creation of membership communication materials with the communications team.
Vital EME & APAC Team Support: Coordinating membership engagement process, including scheduling calls, communicating with prospects/members, follow-up, note tracking, and uploading crucial data to the internal database.
Provide efficient and informative customer service to meet members’ needs, identify and respond to members’ pain points, and keep team members informed on trends in member queries.

Cross-functional collaboration with the regional membership teams, being the bridge that helps drive projects forward and creates a feedback mechanism for the membership community and broader teams.
Engaging with members in Higher Logic and additional systems.
Gathering input for informing the Textile Exchange team with Senior manager’s support.
Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree and at least 1-years of professional experience required
Positive, hospitable, supportive attitude
Experience in delivering excellence in a customer service environment.

Employment Package
Reports to: Membership and Corporate Engagement Manager
Full Time Position, 40 Hours a Week
Location: Virtual/Remote, working hours in Europe, The Middle East, Asia EME & APAC .
Annual Salary Range: €33,000-39,000 EURO
