Your Responsibilities:**
- Drive and support definition and improvement of master data management rules and processes for all master data domains (incl. required attributes, data structures, data entry rules, validation rules, process flows, roles & responsibilities, documentations, potential tool support)
- Monitor process compliance and ensure that violations are addressed (incl. setup and management of audits and cross functional formats to address issues, escalation of issues that are not or insufficiently addressed)
- Drive and support definition and reporting of master data quality KPIs for all master data domains (incl. calculation formulas, data sources)
- Monitor KPI development, drive and support root cause analyses for critical developments and ensure that issues are addressed (incl. escalation of issues that are not or insufficiently addressed)
- Initiate, lead and support focused master data cleanup projects where necessary
- Create board presentations on master data governance status
- Continuously improve rules and processes to further improve master data quality and process efficiency
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
- Very good experience in management consulting, IT consulting, audit or complex multinational manufacturing and service organisations
- Adept in the use and improvement of ERP applications, Oracle EBS and Salesforce experience of advantage, highly proficient with MS Excel, advanced IT skills, esp. databases / SQL as a plus
- Self-motivated team player with an entrepreneurial and pragmatic mindset and get-things-done mentality
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to cooperatively find solutions
- Reliable, focused and diligent personality with structured self-management
- Thrives on stress and project deadlines
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing, German a clear plus
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.542,60 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
