About The Role
The Marketing Specialist - Brand is responsible for executing campaigns that increase awareness and support for Ecojustice through various marketing channels, including email, social media and web platforms. They collaborate with the Communications and Philanthropy teams to write content, manage supporter engagement, and oversee brand advertising. The role also involves performance analysis, innovation, and a commitment to justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion in all marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
As the Marketing Specialist - Brand, you will:
Plan and execute campaigns to increase Ecojustice's brand awareness and attract new supporters.
Write and manage marketing content for emails, social media, web, and advertising.
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and updates.
Collaborate on supporter engagement initiatives, such as webinars, surveys, and thank-you campaigns.
Monitor and optimize marketing performance, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Role Success

Typically, we find that people who succeed in this role bring:
3+ years of experience in email and brand marketing and content creation
Demonstrated storytelling ability with skills in marketing and persuasive writing
Experience with WordPress or other content management systems
Experience with social media and email marketing platforms
Experience with paid advertising campaigns and vendor coordination
Experience in the non-profit or environmental sector is an asset
