Dewberry is currently seeking a Marketing Pursuit/Proposal Manager (Hybrid) to support our Geospatial Technology Services (GTS) Business Unit and can be based out of one of our Virginia (Fairfax, Gainesville, Leesburg), Maryland (Lanham, Rockville, Baltimore), Florida (Tampa, Orlando), or North Carolina (Raleigh, Charlotte) offices. GTS supports Dewberry’s geospatial, lidar, remote sensing, mapping, and GIS technology solutions nationally within federal, state, local, and commercial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for development of proposals and statements of qualifications. Responsibilities will include organizing and overseeing proposal process including managing quality control of the work of technical, proposal, and graphics staff assigned to pursuits from Dewberry and partner firms to deliver compliant and compelling submittals.

This position would be backed by a team of experienced marketers, graphic designers, and communication professionals who successfully collaborate, promote individual strengths, and support each other's professional growth. The ideal candidate is a dedicated, market-focused professional who understands deadline-driven work and works well within a team environment. You will be required to delegate work on multiple assignments in tandem, with overlapping schedules, holding ultimate responsibility for execution. Experience in strategic pursuits, geospatial solutions, or related A&E practices is desired, but not required.
