Our Consumer Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team and help us achieve our ambitious goals for our business and the planet.
What you get to do:
Responsibilities include supporting our marketing operations team and utility clients through tasks like the following: Marketplace site and marketing campaign configuration through to deployment, review and approvals management, data management, and multi-step quality assurance. You will work as a member of our Agile marketing team to deliver day-to-day marketing operations for our Marketplaces, increase on-site conversions and execute highly targeted marketing campaigns with an emphasis on email marketing.
In this role you’ll use your extreme attention to detail and your technical aptitude to build and deploy flawless campaigns to utility customers across a number of different accounts. Conduct accurate and timely marketing operations tasks including configuration, utility brand customization, quality assurance testing, data/list management, and deployment of website content, marketing campaigns, and post-purchase messaging.
Support and own utility marketing client relationships in partnership with Uplight Account Managers to drive utility client and Uplight goals, which may require innovative thinking and process changes.
Manage and track utility approvals for new products, promotional participation and marketing content.
Support planning, operations and Marketplace site updates for sales and promotions.
Submit tickets on an as-needed basis via Uplight’s internal ticketing system for Marketplace changes and internal team requests.
Opportunity to support new client integrations with setup work in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Maintain hygienic email lists and develop customer segments to support a robust targeting and personalization strategy. Support utility-specific list transfers and opt-out management.
Deploy and analyze A/B and/or multivariate testing of different email content strategies.
Collaborate with internal team members from Marketing, E-commerce, Account Management and Customer Care teams on projects and issues.
Opportunity to support productized content for asset variations during high volume peak times, or as needed.

The following skills are a strong bonus and we would love to hear about them:
Familiarity with Google Analytics
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and/or other email/E-commerce tools
Figma or Photoshop experience
Client relationship experience

Salary: $49,281- $61,602 USD
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
