reach52 is seeking a Marketing Manager that would support reach52’s mission to improve access to healthcare for 52% of the world, who currently cannot access it. You will work to build and manage the marketing strategies and implementation for our products for sale in India. You should have a strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing programs for pharmaceutical products.
What you’ll do
The core role scope and responsibilities of the role will be:
Responsible for driving end-to-end marketing; from market analysis, brand growth, market share and profitability across key therapeutic segments
Develop and execute long-term and short-term brand plans for products
Manage product positioning, pricing, packaging, and lifecycle planning
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and customer preferences
Monitor regulatory, clinical, and therapeutic developments impacting marketing strategy
Plan and execute new product launches, including field force training, promotional strategy, and channel engagement
Develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional inputs, visual aids, LBLs, and digital detailing tools
Conduct regular cycle meetings and training sessions to align field force with brand goals
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Track ROI of campaigns, promotions, and field force engagement tools.
Ensure all marketing initiatives are scientifically accurate and compliant with drug regulations.
Ensure all marketing content and activities comply with
DCGI, FSSAI, UCPMP, and company policies
Coordinate with Impact programs on public health integration
Who you are (probably!)
10+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience in India
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics
Experience with NCDs and/or multiple disease categories a plus
Experience in a loosely-structured, start-up-like setting and demonstrated ability to think quickly and independent
Ability to travel and meet customers where they are
High autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to see the big picture and support achieving the details
