We are looking for a high-energy and passionate Marketing Executive with a few years of quality Marketing experience.

More about the role: This role is a well-rounded marketing position and will report directly to the Head of Marketing! The ideal person will be supporting and coordinating most of the tasks related to our Marketing department, while playing a key role in internal and external communications of Vertis. Due to the complex and fast moving industry we work in, this person will quickly become knowledgeable and aware about our company and industry.

What will you do:

• Fully cover the practical elements of event organization (virtual, hybrid, and In-person) coordinating with external agencies/suppliers and the sales team.
• Preparing/designing digital and printed marketing materials (presentations, business cards, flyers, etc.)
• Preparing/designing internal communication documents (newsletters, announcements, emails).
• Sourcing, comparing and selecting multiple marketing suppliers (advertising agencies, digital agencies, merchandising) in conjunction with the Marketing.
• Update website content and identification of improvement areas
• Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and reporting email campaigns
• Reporting on social media and website activity
• Marketing budget control

We think you might be good for the role if:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.

• 3+ years of solid hands-on experience in a similar role

• C1 or C2 English level

• Other European languages are considered a plus

• Advanced power point knowledge

• Email marketing, social media, and web analytics metrics knowledge

• Good communication skills

• WordPress basic editing skills

• Knowledge of design tools (Adobe illustrator, photoshop, Canva)

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to network effectively in a multicultural environment

• Teamworking skills

• Adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects

• Creativity, writing, and design skills
