Growcer is Canada's largest indoor modular vertical farm solution, working with communities and organizations across North America. To date, we’ve launched more than 100 projects, an innovative fund to lower the capital barrier, and a foundation to further social impact. Coupled with a few more big ambitions, Growcer is ideally positioned to become a household name in the food security space and help Canada build a resilient food system.
We’re looking for a thoughtful, experienced marketing leader who can leverage Growcer's unique assets and weave our story at this crucial inflection point. You will be the owner of Growcer’s next story arc. You will tap into myth and storytelling while bringing your modern marketing expertise. Position Summary:
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for owning Growcer's brand and marketing strategies to further establish us as a leader in the local and sustainable food resiliency movement and grow our revenue. Reporting directly to the CEO, we are looking for an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record for scaling up fast-growing companies and establishing them as leaders in their space. This is a high-stakes, high-reward role and we are looking for an individual who resonates deeply with our mission and wants to use their skills and expertise to make a genuinely positive impact on the world.
