We are currently looking for a Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing and Communications team.
The role will focus on supporting technical and marketing experts, primarily in our chemical sector market. Providing an opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their capabilities in a marketing context - providing future career opportunities.
Key responsibilities
• Marketing Inbox Reviews – identifying sales enquiries; adding them to the CRM system and sharing them with the relevant technical experts.
• Case Study Formatting – converting content provided by internal technical experts into a pre-defined case study template.
• Social Media Posts – creating social posts with technical support, obtaining social post approval and scheduling of social posts.
• Delivery Reports – reporting the number of case studies completed by topic and service area as well as reporting on social media performance.
• Delivery of Standardised Marketing Activities - supporting content collection and distribution of the quarterly newsletter.
• Data Cleansing and Data Segmentation for our marketing contacts database - held in CRM and Excel.
Skills and behaviours
• Well-organised and able to coordinate timely delivery.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Social media experience.
• Good written English.
We recognise that training will be essential for success in this role and we will support the Marketing Administrator with such. We provide formal training as well as opportunities for work shadowing and fellow colleague training.
