Dewberry is seeking a Market Segment Leader to serve the vital function of positioning the company in the Transportation Market, with specific focus on rail and transit clients in the Northeast. The successful candidate will join our National Transportation Service Line Team and will be based in our New York or New Jersey offices to increase the company’s visibility, presence and resources in the rail/transit market. The team player we seek will be a transportation practitioner with regional experience in the transit and rail industry. The candidate should also have significant relationships with transit and railroad clients and the industry.

Candidates must have the ability to market and sell services, build and maintain client relationships, lead and mentor engineering staff on multiple projects, and be extremely profit and growth oriented. The ability to interact well with client management teams and to manage and supervise design teams, which may include remote resources, is essential.
The projected range for this position is $190,000-$250,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly. These ranges are for NY only.
