Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Coordinator to support with the delivery of MMCF Platform priorities and deliverables. This position will report to and work closely with the MMCF Fiber and Material Strategy Lead and be responsible for stakeholder communications through "The Hub", internal and external meeting coordination, event coordination, basic research, report development, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling and coordinating meetings through Zoom and Teams Internally and externally.
Recording meeting notes and recaps.
Inputting documents and notes Into Salesforce and SharePoint.
Supporting Round Table meetings and organizational events Including stakeholder outreach, virtual participation logistics, presenter logistics, and post-meeting follow-up.
Maintain MMCF stakeholder and platform data.
Manage and maintain the MMCF Community page on "The Hub" through frequent posts.
Support the development of multiple existing bodies of work Including MMCF Material Summaries, Organizational Forestry Strategy, Sustainable Forestry Report, and others.
Assist with the development of presentations through content creation, data collection, and basic research, content review, and formatting.
Attend regular organizational and platform meetings.
Support the development, Implementation, and facilitation of Working Groups.
Maintain clear and frequent communication with supervisor and co-workers.
General administrative project support.
Experience and Qualifications
Required:
Detail-oriented, logical, systematic, methodical, and organized.
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Demonstrated interest in Textile Exchange’s vision, mission, and goals.
Ability to work in a flexible, yet fast-paced remote environment, able to meet deadlines and share progress regularly.
Strong work ethic and self-motivation with ability to work remotely effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines while maintaining quality.
Ability to problem-solve quickly and creatively.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience In lieu of a degree may be considered.
Desired:
Based in the US or ability to work on US time zone schedule.
Prior experience and knowledge in wood product manufacturing, natural resource management, MMCF production, or the textile Industry.
Experience communicating with a global network using various communication methods.
Experience setting up and managing virtual meetings with different functionality on different platforms e.g., Zoom, Teams.
Employment Package
Contract full-time position (40 hours per week).
Work from home, virtual/remote (flexible working hours is a must due to difference in international time zones).
Compensation range: US $45,000-50,000.
Textile Exchange is currently unable to provide sponsorship for work permits. Candidates need to have existing right to work in nominated working location.
To be filled as soon as possible (start date to be agreed between both parties).
