All Hands and Hearts is a disaster relief nonprofit. This position requires travel to our communal program bases which are located in the communities we serve. Understand your responsibility for the safety of yourself and for those around you. Vaccination is required in all in-person work environments including program bases, offices, and team meetings. Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. This position is full-time and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to raise funds from individual donors with a focus on mid-level and major donors, and shares responsibility with the Chief Development Officer and the board for maintaining important donor relationships.
Reporting Relationships
Essential Functions
Leads the execution, and management of comprehensive fundraising plans and activities to grow individual gifts at a rate necessary to achieve annual and long-range goals
Utilize the infrastructure/processes of the organization to grow revenue and work in collaboration with other members of the development team
Responsible for the development of solicitation and stewardship strategies for individual donors with a focus on mid-size and major donors
Responsible for relationship “maintenance” and care of individual donors and reporting with the goal of developing and maintaining long-term relations
Strategize and carry out ways to reach and obtain funding from new individuals and Development initiatives
Work cross-functionally with other business lines on larger revenue strategies
Analyzes data regarding donor giving behaviors by proactively identifying challenges and concerns, and recommending corrective actions in an effort to increase support from current donors, acquire new donors, and reactivate lapsed donors
Ensure individual giving supplies and collateral management are up to date
Follow-through on the accuracy and timely donor recognition process and gift acknowledgment process
Manage proper phone coverage and voicemail messages for the individual giving department
Develop and implement effective moves management plans to move cold prospects through an engagement and conversion funnel
We understand vaccination is the best way to protect our beneficiaries, community members, staff and volunteers, therefore we require all off-program team members in in-person work environments including offices, team meetings, traveling to program, etc. must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered for this position you must be fully vaccinated. Subject to applicable guidance, the term fully vaccinated currently refers to when an individual has received either a single-shot vaccine or both doses of a two-shot vaccine, and two weeks have elapsed since the final dose.

Position Requirements
Education Undergraduate degree required
Related Experience At least 4 years of fundraising experience, with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in individual giving at a mission-driven organization or non-profit. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; strong planning, time management, and organizational skills; attention to detail. Ability to work alone as well as as a part of a collaborative team. Motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confidence working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and particularly Salesforce. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment/Conditions Based remotely in home office. Work hours must align with U.S. time zones as a majority of donors are located in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation The starting salary is $40,500 USD. Annual performance based pay increases may be available, up to a maximum of $57,500 USD for U.S. based employees.
