Manager - ITS Program Delivery

We are looking for a Manager – ITS Program Delivery to join the Community Sector Products, Services & Technology, internal applicants only.

This role will harness demonstrated experience and proven skills in project delivery leadership to support the ongoing program of delivery for the IT Services Team, made up of project managers and consultants. The team is part of the broader ITS team, which also includes engineering and managed services support, and collaborates routinely with the customer engagement team (CET).

The IT Services team is part of the wider Products, Services and Technology team which delivers on our mission of helping non-for-profits use technology effectively and easily. This includes ensuring our IT assessment, customer onboarding and transition to support services enables our customers to derive clear business benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following**:**

• experience with improving processes and implementing project management methodologies
• experience as a leader of professional services and technical consulting staff in a delivery environment servicing multiple customers concurrently
• skills in scheduling, prioritisation and conflict management
• applied knowledge, or ability to provide implementation oversight to the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Azure, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, etc)
  • Microsoft Windows Server & Desktop
  • Networking infrastructure (Juniper and other networks, etc)
  • Remote management and monitoring tools (Kaseya VSA, etc)
• enthusiasm and willingness to take an affiliative and self-actualising approach to interpersonal communications
• passionate about delivering high quality, cost-appropriate solutions for non-profit organisations
• able to engage with senior business executives, and technical and non-technical staff of all levels
