The reach52 team has grown steadily into over the past few years, doubling our revenue year-on-year, and raised our initial seed round as well as a convertible bond. We are now starting to operate in more markets, and pivoting our business model to be more data and tech driven. We need to build a dedicated finance team to manage the full spectrum of responsibilities including budgeting, accounts, cashflow management, audit, financial governance and investor relations. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to streamline and build robust processes and systems.
The core role scope and responsibilities will to:
- Expand and manage the reach52 finance function, both in Singapore and overseeing in-country teams
- Design and implement efficient and effective finance process/structure
- Build robust financial forecasts and growth models to support business strategy
- Assist to manage and monitor country and program budgets
- Support C-suite team in fund-raising efforts
- Co-design the pricing of B2B contracts
- Reconcile monthly financials
- Support annual audits, including group consolidation
- Conduct randomised quality checks to ensure process compliance and good financial governance
- Prepare meetings and presentation materials for investors and board members
The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Accounting with minimally 5-7 years of relevant experience and detailed knowledge of financial due diligence
- A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently across multiple markets
- Prior successful fundraising experience preferred
- Robust analytical skills and an ability to process complex information to define clear direction and strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Xero accounting software
- A passion for healthcare access, innovation and social impact
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English is essential
