Principal Functions and Purpose of the position:
- Strategically plan for and execute the development of the Corporate Membership Programme
- Secure corporate partnerships and manage their progress while maintaining WWF's brand image
- Assist in allocating team resources and management
- Workwith inter-teams for special corporate projects/ partnerships
- Assist with financial budgeting
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies of the Corporate Membership Programme ("CMP") to achieve annual membership and financial targets as laid down by the organization
- Oversee the delivery of the CMP growth strategy and to achieve the financial and other targets laid down by the Director, Development
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize both restricted and unrestricted funding from the corporate sector to support our fundraising events, public campaigns, communication projects, and conservation and education programmes
- Develop and implement acquisition and retention strategies to acquire corporate donors to support WWF's conservation objectives and raise donations to meet our goals
- Oversee the production of marketing materials and correspondences and ensure that they are produced to specification, delivered on time and within budget
- Manage the corporate membership database, recording campaign response and member updates with regular progress reports
- Ensure all corporate records and related records are managed within our data management guidelines
- Provide assistance and support to other Fundraising Teams as required.
- Carry out any other duties that are relevant to your role.
Required Functional Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- At least 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in B2B sales & marketing, corporate relations, business development or fundraising
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
Required Behavioural Skills:
- Highly-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude.
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiastic about environmental protection and conservation.
