Propper Daley, the social impact agency behind the world’s leading changemakers, seeks a Client Services Manager, with at least 5 years of related experience, who is passionate about making lasting social change.
The primary function of this position is to manage the work of a number nonprofit, brand, and/or high-profile individual social impact clients through exceptional project management and strategic delivery and execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage across internal and external team members and partners, ensuring all project plans and deadlines meet the strategic needs of the client work and all relevant stakeholders.
- EXECUTION: Independently and collaboratively develop client deliverables, including talking points, research briefs, and client-ready strategy presentations based on understanding of client goals, cultural acumen, issue expertise, and plan and execute rapid-response social impact activations, which may include production, events, and speaking engagements.
- CRITICAL THINKING & PROBLEM SOLVING: Conduct research, provide analysis, and build issue expertise to develop creative strategies that are in the best interest of the client goals. Keep up-to-date with culturally relevant news and happenings to proactively identify opportunities to further engage clients to further their work and elevate their profile in the issue area.
- COMMUNICATION: Act as the main point of contact internally and externally for your clients’ work through excellent verbal and written communications to ensure alignment across client deliverables. Identify opportunities for leadership involvement and support.
- LEADERSHIP: Be the trusted advisor to clients and partners by developing trusting relationships with internal team members and clients to successfully deliver superior service to support renewal and growth of clients while contributing to a positive and inclusive agency culture and work environment.
Successful applicants may come from a variety of backgrounds and will demonstrate the following qualities:
- EXPERIENCED MANAGER: You have at least 5 years of experience managing multiple complex client engagements at the same time. You enjoy every part of the process from strategic planning to execution. And, to the outside world, you make it look easy!
