Location: Remote
FTE: Full time
Reports to: M4BL Director of Finance and Operations
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 with full health benefits for employee and
dependents, employer-funded retirement plan, remote work stipend, and 28 days of vacation
Travel required: 20%

Position Summary
M4BL seeks an experienced administrative professional to join our growing team. The Operations Manager provides critical support for M4BL’s day-to-day operations as a part of M4BL’s dynamic and evolving administrative team. The Operations Manager supports the Movement for Black Lives’ work by (A) managing the consultant and vendor contracts system, (B) managing event planning and execution, (C) ensuring that all M4BL financial and administrative files and data are secure and appropriately accessible, and (D) ensuring full business regulatory compliance across all the states/municipalities where M4BL has employees. The Operations Manager reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and works closely with other Finance & Operations team members .
May be required to work on occasional weekends and evenings as determined.
