We are a mostly remote company, but for this role, we are looking for applicants preferably in Nairobi.
The Job
The M&E Specialist design and execute a rigorous measurement and evaluation framework that ensures we effectively measure the impact of our programs. This framework provides the organisation with clear measures for success and articulation of our hypothesised pathway to impact.
About you
You are a hands-on person that can independently identify our needs and then build and execute processes and systems that set us up for future growth. You are also able to translate them into real-world explanations and have the capacity to build good interpersonal relations that help you implement your findings.
Requirements
A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
3-5 years of working experience in a similar area.
Experience supporting counties in monitoring and evaluation focused on HIV and SRH areas.
You can oversee and structure complex processes.
You are fantastic with statistics, quantitative research, and data modeling.
Proven high-level proficiency in statistical analysis and management of large data sets using excel and SPSS.
You are preferably based in Nairobi.
The Rewards
At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. In Kenya, the salary brackets for this position is Ksh214.411 - Ksh321.616 gross, plus benefits. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
