Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic non-profit that provides community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The position is full time and is responsible for managing field logistics, updating our database with homeowner and assessment data, scheduling daily work coordination with the field team, and conducting site damage assessments. The LC also acts as a liaison between homeowners, field teams, and office staff to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure sites are ready for work.

Essential Functions
- Working with staff; schedules volunteers and groups to maintain consistent workflow across all project sites
- Manages data entry and analysis of sites completed and in progress to implement improvements on the program
- Maintain the Salesforce database & quality data input, collection, and auditing
- Enter and maintain the Crisis Cleanup database for homeowners we interact with and support volunteers assisting with this
- Assist the PM as needed to generate & maintain a work queue to accommodate the maximum number of volunteers in the field
- Support the OM and PM in field needs, sourcing materials, building vendor relationships as needed, and keeping track of base and program assets.
- Act as Point of Contact for homeowners to ask for assistance, schedule assessments, and get updates on their cases
- Conduct damage assessor training and conduct site assessments as needed
- Collect and analyze beneficiary feedback to improve overall operations for the program
- We have decided to relax the requirement for Covid-19 vaccination for on program staff. While we still strongly recommend Covid-19 vaccination, along with other standard and travel immunizations as recommended by the CDC and WHO, Covid-19 vacation will no longer be required

Position Requirements
- Education High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related Experience 6+ months in leading teams in a post-disaster or similar setting. Experience conducting needs assessments preferred. Experience in working with NGOs, All Hands and Hearts, Americorps, Disaster Assessment and Response Teams, or similar settings preferred. Familiarity with chainsaw, mucking & gutting, mold sanitation, tarping operations, and materials & administrative a plus.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Good written and oral communication skills and confidence working with Salesforce and Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks, prioritizing them appropriately, and outstanding delegation skills. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment. ASAP start date.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands
- Constantly works in outdoor adverse weather conditions

Compensation & Benefits
- Typical starting salary is $15- $16/hour, and up to $17/hour for highly qualified candidates who have previous experience in this role
