GrainPro Support and Production is currently recruiting for the position of Logistics Assistant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for sourcing out suppliers related to Logistics activities.
· Responsible in booking and tracking of shipments.
· Responsible in following up shipping documents.
· Responsible in the computation of freight cost.
· Responsible in processing and sending of required shipping documents.
· Responsible in issuance of Packing Instruction to respective departments.
· Ensures that documents and records pertaining to Logistics activities are being secured and retrievable whenever the need arises.
· Responsible in recording all related billings of forwarders.
· Support and complies with the company and department’s ISO requirements.
· Ensure that the Department's Objective, Targets and Program (OTP) are being achieved.
· Ensures that work performed conforms to the quality standard set by GrainPro Phils., Inc. and must be aware of the implication of non-conformance.
· Performs other duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
· College Graduate
· With minimum 2 years working experience in office works
· Can work independently under pressure with minimum supervision
· Proficient in oral and written English communication
