Job Summary
Textile Exchange is seeking an LCA Project Manager to join its Climate & Nature Impact team, which ensures that all Textile Exchange programs and platforms are driving measurable impact reduction and beneficial outcomes and are enabling achievement of the industry’s “Climate+” goals. These include a 45% reduction in GHG emissions from textile fiber and raw material production by 2030, while also addressing other interdependent impact areas such as biodiversity, soil health, and water.
Textile Exchange is currently leading a number of impact data projects, designed to fill key data gaps for the industry. These include seven (7) Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies, as well as development of a Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) Library to enable LCA data accessibility and efficiency.
The LCA Project Manager will lead the development and execution of the current LCA studies as well as the further development and maintenance of the LCI Library. This will involve working closely with external consultants and other stakeholders supporting this work, along with internal partners and subject matter experts.

Ideal location: UK, Europe, or North America
Like all roles at Textile Exchange, the role will be primarily home-based. Textile Exchange is a United States-based, remote-working organization with a global team; your key colleagues will be in Europe/UK and North America.

Position is full-time, 40 hours/week
Compensation for this role: $62,000-$90,000
Work from home, virtual/remote (flexible working hours a must due to differences in international time zones)
Textile Exchange is currently unable to provide sponsorship for work permits. Candidates need to have existing right to work in nominated working location.

Our offers for salary and benefits are dependent on the region of the final candidate. We post most positions based on a US-based Team member but final offers are done in alignment with the final candidate's permanent residence and in line with Textile Exchange's regional employment package.
