You are experienced in conceptual site model development, emerging contaminants, data evaluation, contaminant fate and transport, and client communication. About the Job
We are currently seeking a LSP for our Investigation and Remediation business area who is interested in being a leader and contributing to building, managing, and motivating teams pursing innovative and challenging projects, including the financial and technical evaluation, design, permitting, and construction stages. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, well-organized experienced individual who can provide technical and strategic leadership on client projects in Massachusetts as well as other state and federal jurisdictions. The candidate will have rich and varied experience in Massachusetts, been LSP of Record on at least four sites, have a high degree of technical competence, be able lead multidisciplinary teams, manage projects such that they are executed on time and accurately by the project team, and effectively communicate with clients, counsel, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Candidates should hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, environmental or civil engineering, or related technical field; and hold a Licensed Site Professional certification.
The ideal candidate will have:
Annual Salary Range: $105,000 - $160,000
An employee’s total compensation package includes annual salary, company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) participation with a company-match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation, company-paid life and short- and long-term disability, paid sick leave (80 hours per year), paid vacation (determined by title at hire), paid holidays (9 days per year), and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be pro-rated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.
