About the Job

The L&D intern will work alongside the Human Resources (HR) Manager to develop and launch Integral’s learning and development program. You will have an opportunity to share your creativity through training development and instructional design. You will curate a library of learning and development resources as well as partner with the HR Manager in the development of an educational curriculum.
This summer internship is designed to help bridge the gap between formal education and the workplace. Remote applicants welcome.
Responsibilities
As an L&D intern, your job functions will include, but not be limited to:
Hourly pay rate: $24 - $28
Interns are eligible for company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance.
