Purpose of the role:

As a Lead, Service Engineering, you will be responsible for on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of company products. Together with other team members, you will define standard documents, tools and data collection methods to determine the root cause of any performance shortfalls as well as determination of appropriate intervals for routine maintenance and replacement of machine wear components. Extensive travel will be required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• You have at least 2 years in commissioning, maintaining, or installing related equipment.
• You have experience with troubleshooting complicated mechanical systems.

What success looks like in this role:

• You will oversee maintenance of products on customer sites and troubleshoot installation problems.
• You will train and supervise field service staff as service requirements require incremental staff.
• You will conduct tests to ensure product is working correctly.
• You will work closely with development, production and product management teams to continually improve products and practices.
• You will update documentation of installations and specifications, and maintain technical and customer documents.
