INNIO is hiring a

Lead Sales Manager

🇧🇷 Sao Paulo, BR 📝 FULL-TIME

Essential Responsibilities :

  • Selling INNIO products/Jenbacher Engines and/or services in the South Cone Latam region with direct ‘go to market’ strategy
  • Negotiates deal terms and conditions with mid- level and/or operational management level of customers/end-users
  • Responsible for straight forward sales contract with direct customers (typically without interaction with EPC/financiers)
  • Executes on operational plan for own department/territory
  • Handling negotiations on price, payment and delivery terms within DOA for the level of own's roles.
  • Works closely and gets support from senior experts on negotiating other T&Cs
  • Selling mostly standard solutions, engines,"commodity" and/or services (TX and/or MYA)"commodity" into existing segment of direct customers
  • Selling mainly to existing customers or single small and mid-size end users

**Key Performance Indicators and Role Dimensions:
**Sales, Margins, Multi Year Agreements (MYA), Customer satisfaction  **Qualification Requirements :

**· Minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in sales in the power gen Industry, including commercial experience managing end customer and key accounts.
· Well-developed business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with customers and within company
· Good understanding of the market, competitors and potential customers in Brazil and South Cone Latam region
· Ability to multi task and manage various activities simultaneously 
· Customer focus mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs
· Persuasive skills to influence decision-making process 
· Ability to clearly present and articulate a value proposition
· Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to sell a technical solution
· Working knowledge of business finance and in selling products and/or services
· Strong commercial and organizational skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Ability to travel ~50%. · Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish desired
