In this role you will be responsible for CSA (=Contractual Service Agreement) productivity initiatives aiming at optimizing the product’s life cycle cost. The main target is to identify and manage productivity projects which directly have an impact on the performance of the Service Contracts. You will be interacting and working closely with our service organization in the world-wide regions and the relevant teams in Jenbacher HQ.

Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate opportunities (with internal and external partners) to create cross-functional initiatives (from technical and commercial perspective) to optimize life cycle costs to improve margin on CSA fleet
- Creation of business cases and cost benefit analyses that lead to cost savings or productivity improvements as well as control and manage the projects
- Initiate and drive technical service development projects to implement the improvement measures and create new project pipeline with engineering department
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with Jenbacher Regions (subsidiaries), unplanned and planned case owners, distributors, and suppliers to identify new potential cost saving projects and involve relevant players in service productivity improvement projects
- Single point of contact for internal stakeholders (subsidiaries, service, sales, etc.) regarding technical expertise on identified service productivity pipeline
- Build and establish tools with Service Finance for controlling and managing commercial key performance indicators of each single productivity project in a trackable and smooth way
- Provide monthly reports of the commercial and process performance of each implemented productivity project including suggestions of options to increase the service business
- Drive business decision on new on-site repair methodologies, tools development, in-/out-sourcing of activities and identify potentials for reUp parts
- Create and/or adaption of service documents, processes, digital tools, and guidelines to ensure a sustainable and robust implementation of productivity programs
Your Profile:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, process, mechatronics, etc.) combined with commercial & business administrative experience.
- HTL – mechanical, electrical, or industrial/business engineer with min. 5 years’ service experience in the energy sector.
- Professional service experience in the energy industry paired with strong commercial and technical background
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Independent, proactive, flexible work style
- Good interpersonal, team oriented and communications skills
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.790,58 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
