ABOUT THE POSITION
VHB is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to join our Land Development Planning and Design team in Orlando, FL.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team, across diverse disciplines, giving you exposure to a wide variety of projects in size and scope. VHB teams support multiple market sectors throughout the eastern United States including Real Estate (private commercial, residential, and industrial developers), Institutions (healthcare and higher education), Transportation Agencies (Department of Transportation, Aviation, Transit and Rail), Energy (Renewables, Electric Companies), Federal (DoD, National Parks, Federal Highway), and State and Local Governments.

Responsibilities**
Skills and Attributes
Highly Proficient in the following:
MS Office
ICPR
WaterCAD
StormCAD or similar software
Skills to implement the integrated services approach.
Comprehensive understanding of design, details, and construction drawing preparation including site layout, grading, hardscape, drainage, and planting.
Knowledge of land development construction including codes and development regulations.
Knowledge of construction materials and detailing. Detail drawings, sections, and material specifications.
Excellent innovative design skills.
Project research and analysis.
Strong, creative engineering skills and ability to adhere to office standards.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
Ability to think critically and multitask.
Excels at working in a team environment.
Exhibits strong leadership skills and growth potential.
Has interest in growing business development skills.
