Join our dynamic Nepal team! We're looking for a motivated, talented STEM/Technology Support Specialist to join our team at Kopila Valley School. We are seeking an experienced support specialist for our Nepali teaching team.

The Main Responsibilities
- Help support all teachers in the use of technology and STEM resources.
- Mentor and support our teachers through science and technology across multiple subject areas and grade levels (pre-primary to secondary)
- Liaise between teachers and purchasing, to ensure all STEM supplies are purchased, installed, maintained, inventoried, and discarded, according to organization practices.
Additional expectations
- Takes ownership of support, change, and engages and encourages innovation
- Builds positive working relationships and helps to build an environment in the organization by bringing solutions to the discussion table.
- Reports to the manager on a weekly basis, and as needed in case of urgent activities.
- Builds and maintains a strong relationship with the students, teachers and relevant stakeholders.
- Attends weekly staff meetings, and shares operational updates.
- Possesses experience in multicultural environments
- Previous experience in Science and STEM support, and/or experience in Math, Science, Sustainability, or Environmental Education a plus

Must Haves
- Education and Experience: University Graduate in any discipline (University students with hands-on experience in similar field).
- Language: A good communicator, and fluent in English and Nepali will be an advantage
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to problem-solve, trouble-shoot, find solutions to technology and STEM issues, manage, mentor and lead teaching activities
- Passionate about and cares for children and vulnerable population; initiator, and competent in managing operations and logistics in the organization.
- Works collaboratively and independently with the least supervision required.
