WWF Hong Kong is hiring a
WWF-HK is looking for a Consultant to work closely with the Asia Pacific Counter IWT Hub (“the Hub”) on communications and knowledge management. The consultant will provide support mainly to the Hub’s priority workstreams but working closely with the technical and communications teams.
The Consultant will provide support to the Hub focusing on English language support, copy-editing, transport focused stories and thought pieces, knowledge management product roll-out and documenting events or webinars.
Objective of the Consultancy and Responsibilities
To elevate knowledge-sharing and outreach, the Hub will continue to engage a Knowledge Management and Communications Consultant, who will provide English language support, copy-editing, IWT or human interest focused stories and thought pieces, managing the IWT Hub internal google site, knowledge management product roll-out and documenting events or webinars.
To support the Hub on key knowledge management issues including:
To provide English language communications support to the Hub including:
Support the production of English language stories and materials aimed at the WWF network
Provide communications support to the Hub including English language speech drafting/editing, etc.
Write 10-12 articles or thought pieces on IWT trends, emerging issues in counter-IWT work. Supporting the creation of human-led conservation impact stories or emerging trends in counter IWT work in the region, which capture key funding priorities and narratives within the Hub’s work.
Lead copy-editing articles or reports produced by the Hub.
