🎓About the role

GVI is always on the hunt for dynamic Sales Enrolment Managers to join our team, bridging the gap between inspiring impact and reaching ambitious targets. If you're a persuasive dynamo with an unquenchable thirst for making a difference, keep reading – this could be your future job!

💻Role and responsibilities:

  • Be part of closing the deal of a lifetime for a future participant

  • Create rapport and long-lasting relationships with our future world changers and current alumni

  • Flex your sales negotiation skills

  • Cold leads? That's not a thing at GVI!

  • Organise and manage your lead accounts on Salesforce to ensure effective and efficient lead handling

  • Host breakout rooms at GVI Virtual Open Days to drive engagement with leads and encourage the close.

  • Busy life? We understand each person has a busy lifestyle so why not work shifts so you can go for that run the morning or swim in the afternoon?

About you

As a Sales Enrollment Manager, you'll be the guiding star for potential participants seeking to volunteer, intern, or study abroad with GVI. Your charm and charisma will light up the sales journey as you engage with clients, offer expert advice on our programs, and inspire them to embark on life-changing experiences. You will use a combination of email, phone calls and live chat to close deals with hot leads. You will form part of the GVI sales team who work shifts across different time zones in a hybrid environment.

✅Your Superpowers: (Requirements)

  • 3+ years of sales expertise with a proven track record of success (within the tourism/education industry advantageous)

  • Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in an organised manner

  • Tech-savvy: CRM and G Suite preferred (Salesforce advantageous)

  • Exceptional ability to communicate over the phone.

  • Exceptional written communication  over Live chat platforms.

  • A burning passion for driving positive change in the world

  • Experience working international hours doing sales or customer service with the EMEA, APAC and US markets

✨The Extra Shine: (Nice to haves)

  • While not a must, international travel experience is advantageous

  • Champion inbound lead conversion across multiple channels – from inquiries to callbacks for EMEA, US, Canada, and APAC
