About The Role
The IT Support Specialist provides the organization with internal hardware and software support. This role will manage computer hardware and tech accessory inventory and be the internal point of contact for staff and team members for troubleshooting.

Typically, we find that people who succeed in this role bring:
2 years of experience in IT, tech support, or a related field
Experience working with network, cloud, security, and multi-media use software
Demonstrated IT inventory management experience
Experience building documentation and delivering training for hardware and software
