About The Role

The IT Support Specialist provides the organization with internal hardware and software support. This role will manage computer hardware and tech accessory inventory and be the internal point of contact for staff and team members for troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

As the IT Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide internal hardware and software support to Ecojustice employees, in collaboration with our external IT service provider.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Oversee routine system maintenance activities and monitor network performance.
  • Serve as the primary in-house application support for Ecojustice’s document management system (iManage).
  • Manage training/orientation planning for new and existing users of iManage and other internal software products, including developing documentation and guidelines.

Typically, we find that people who succeed in this role bring:

  • 2 years of experience in IT, tech support, or a related field

  • Experience working with network, cloud, security, and multi-media use software

  • Demonstrated IT inventory management experience

  • Experience building documentation and delivering training for hardware and software
