Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate the supervision of on-prem IT Service Desk staff
• Develop IT Service Desk staff technical and customer service skills
• Work with IT team to implement changes and other initiatives
• Maintain knowledgebase repositories for IT team and Youth Villages staff
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person and remotely
• Manage escalations and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Monitor ticket volume and performance metrics, and provide feedback for improvement
• Develop strategies for improving IT support processes
• Provide support to IT Service Desk to resolve incidents and requests
• Manage relationship with 3rd party Helpdesk vendor used to expand remote support
• Some travel required for hands-on troubleshooting and configuration at remote offices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years’ experience working in IT Management or team leader role
• Experience using an ITSM or ticketing system such as ServiceNow
• Experience leading and managing IT projects of various sizes
• Strong technical background
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD and M365
