Who is Youth Villages?
Youth Villages is a nonprofit organization striving to help troubled youth and families live successfully. We are a team of 2,900 individuals who’ve come together across 15 states to change the landscape of child welfare and juvenile justice across the country. Our work involves providing an array of counseling and treatment services to youth with severe emotional and behavioral problems.
Eighty-four percent of those who go through treatment are succeeding two years after leaving our program. These youth are living at home, remaining in school, and are not experiencing trouble with the law.

Position Overview
Supports and maintains the Youth Villages network including hardware, applications and user support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned:
Support end-users with technical issues, and document resolutions in ticketing system.
Maintain server applications and server roles such as DNS, DHCP and Printing.
Manage Active Directory and group policy for multiple OUs and sites.
Support and maintain hardware: switches, routers, servers, workstations and fiber equipment.
Troubleshoot network performance and outages.
Manage and complete long-term technical projects.
Perform upgrades of hardware and software for various systems.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and use standard troubleshooting practices. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
2-4 years experience in related field
A+, N+ and MCP certifications are preferred
Experience with Azure AD and M365 are a plus
