Position Purpose
A versatile position within a dynamic nonprofit that provides
community-inspired, volunteer-powered disaster relief. The position is full-time and is responsible for supporting and managing all IT systems and services used by All Hands and Hearts.

Essential Functions
- Perform onboarding/offboarding tasks on critical systems for all staff, contractors and volunteers.
- Support all employees, contractors and volunteers in using All Hands and Hearts systems including Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, Formstack and other tools.
- Manage and support Salesforce and include integrated systems and services such as ActiveCampaign and Formstack.
- Manage and maintain web infrastructure including hosting platform, backups and DNS.
- Create and maintain documentation of systems, system configuration and operating procedures.
- Create and maintain end user facing documentation for systems and services.
- Create basic workflows and automation to support business processes.
- Perform data analysis to identify data quality issues and troubleshoot data-related problems.

Position Requirements
- Education High school diploma or equivalent
- Related Experience Previous All Hands and Hearts experience preferred. 1-2 years experience with cloud-based systems administration.
- Special Competencies/Certifications Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
Salesforce certification optional, but preferred. Proficiency in Salesforce. Familiarity with WP Engine, WordPress development and the Gutenberg WordPress Editor. Experience with building Tableau dashboards or with Google Analytics is a plus. Good written and oral communication skills and confident working with Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs and Google Sheets; and Microsoft Office. Applicants need to be well organized and have a flexible approach to managing multiple tasks and prioritizing them appropriately. The individual is able to manage a large workload and perform in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Typical starting salary is $50,000-$52,500 USD annually based on skills and experience and up to $56,250 for highly qualified candidates.
