Summary of Role :
We are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst within HR team in Dublin. This role will lead on reporting and data management, and we expect it to expand to cover implementing new systems and developing effective processes.
What you will do?
HR IT Systems
Reporting and Data Management
Develop and design dashboard reports aligned to KPIs
Set up standardised reporting within our systems turning insights and analysis into recommendations
Manage requests for information, and create ad-hoc reports for the team, colleagues, and management as required.
Establish data management best practice to collect, access and analyse data avoiding duplication and inaccuracy within and across systems.
Train members of HR on reporting and data management

What we require?
Essential:
Experience and understanding of other HR systems; including Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management and Development, Learning.
Good project management skills, including planning and implementation.
Experience of implementing new IT systems and maintaining them.
Experience of designing and developing dashboard reports for a range of stakeholders.
Experience of data analysis/ manipulation/problem-solving.
Experience and knowledge of creating HR metrics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable:
SharePoint and/or Bamboo HR superuser experience.
Project Management accreditation e.g. Prince2.
Experience of using data visualisation tools will be an advantage (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik Sense or similar). Experience of Process management.
Experience in administration of IT systems / databases, including knowledge of SQL
