In this internship you will be part of the Service Finance organization which is in charge of financial controlling of Jenbacher Services business. You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group. During your internship you will be participating in projects assigned by Head of Service Finance and Head of Controlling aimed to increase automation and efficiency of processes for Jenbacher Services business. You will also contribute to cross-functional projects with the aim to improve business performance, eliminate number of manual journal entries, simplify and automate service finance planning, pacing closing and reporting processes.

Your Responsibilities:**
- Support Service Finance Business Intelligence tool to enable transparency, flexibility, sustainability, deeper analysis, and efficient reporting solutions
- Support the upgrade & automation of Service Finance processes and BI tools (e.g. testing, running reports, analyzing)
- Support the financial validation of business cases (e.g. calculate margin, EBITDA, payback period, net present value etc.)
- Help preparing project plans for key projects / business cases / initiatives
- Together with Senior Task Force Analyst you will be interviewing key stakeholders to draw process maps to come up with possible solutions
Your Profile:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Finance, Accounting or Information Technology
- Very strong MS-Office skills (especially Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and great team player
- First Experience of working with a BI tool or ERP system is a plus
- Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus
- Immediate start with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.195,46 gross per month (x 14).
